ACTIVITY SHEETS AND VIDEOS
Here are a range of my favourite activities and their corresponding sheets I have made. They were made for Leonard Cheshire in 2021, a charitable organisation who support older people with physical disabilities, and have independent-living based residential homes across the UK. I worked with the charity during my second year of student placement, and below are the legacy activities I have left for them to engage with in their own time. You can find the accompanying videos below. You are more than welcome to use the ideas for yourself, too!

Here is a flavour of less detailed sheets which I instead use as visual aids within workshops. In my current placement within Llandough Hospital (2022) I have been working with people who have dementia, as well as older people with mental health needs. Many of my participants prefer to be given instructions and be guided verbally, and these workshop sheets represent this desire.
